Shannon is a CCOE Special Education Teacher for Maxwell Unified School District.  Her future plans include teaching her amazing students at Maxwell Unified.

Cesilee is an Education Program Supervisor for CCOE Children’s Services.  While Cesilee completed the requirements for her degree in December of 2022, she will walk the stage in July.  Her ultimate goal is to become a part-time college professor, to help individuals learn, be motivated, and reach their highest potential.

Irma is the CCOE Children’s Services Health Specialist, and she plans to continue her education by taking some Early Childhood Education units.

Gabriela is an Associate Teacher at Colusa Preschool Learning Center B.

Kayla is a CCOE Special Education Paraeducator, and the daughter of CCOE Children’s Services Resource & Referral Coordinator Maria Ayala. Kayla plans to further her education in a Master’s program.

Oscar is the son of CCOE Special Education Teacher Genia Colsa-Friel. While Oscar graduated in Winter 2022, he recently had a chance to walk the stage. He plans to apply for a Master's program or to a Physical Therapy school.

Shannon is an Infant Teacher for CCOE Children’s Services. Her plans post-graduation include furthering her education and continuing to teach at a job she loves.

Dante is the son of Alena Anberg, CCOE’s Adult Education CTE & ESL Instructor. Just one week before graduating from Pierce High School, Dante received his Associate’s Degree from Woodland Community College. He plans to attend CSU, Sacramento this fall as a Criminal Justice major, in addition to participating in the Law Enforcement Candidate Scholars (LECS) program. After graduating from CSUS, Dante hopes to become an Officer with the California Highway Patrol.

Tyler is the son of CCOE Special Education Teacher Chandra Kirby.

Niko is the son of CCOE Facilities Custodian Victor Silvas and his wife Deidre. Niko is also the nephew of CCOE Literacy Coordinator Stefani Santana.

Hayden is the nephew of CCOE Human Resources Specialist Rachel Webb.

Jose is the son of CCOE Special Education Paraeducator Martha Alvarez.

Chase is the son of CCOE Special Education Teacher Genia Colsa-Friel.

Sydney is the daughter of CCOE Special Education Teacher Emily Abken.
