Tiffani served as a Speech Therapist for CCOE SELPA for 12 years before stepping into an administrative role this year. Although this is her first year as an administrator, you would not be able to determine that by the caliber of her work ethic.  Through a challenging start to the school year, Tiffani remained the calm, positive voice that the Special Education Department needed. Her visionary approach to problem-solving, coupled with her ability to inspire and motivate others, has had a profound impact on our students, staff, and parents alike. Tiffani's positive attitude and dedication to creating a culture of collaboration have had an extraordinary affect on the CCOE SELPA. Tiffani makes the people around her better and that is a vital attribute of a great leader. Her professional drive, dedication to her craft, and optimistic attitude are foundational qualities that will continue to build upon her successful start in administration, and make her a deserving candidate for this prestigious accolade.
