Tiffani served as a Speech Therapist for CCOE SELPA for 12 years before stepping into an administrative role this year. Although this is her first year as an administrator, you would not be able to determine that by the caliber of her work ethic. Through a challenging start to the school year, Tiffani remained the calm, positive voice that the Special Education Department needed. Her visionary approach to problem-solving, coupled with her ability to inspire and motivate others, has had a profound impact on our students, staff, and parents alike.
